I confirm the details above are correct and authorise TurnPoint to update my organisation's billing to the selected annual plan. I understand that if submitted before 30 June 2026, my annual rate will apply from 15 July 2026, and that my 15 July invoice will include both my final month-to-month charge and my new annual arrangement.
